I paid extra for a larger arrangement and it looked like the others I bought in the past for the lower price. This was for my boss and I was not happy. I will go back to FTD, 1-800 flowers and pay the extra $25.00 for a better arrangement from now on. I could have went to Kroger's or Wal-Mart and received better. The arrangement I received had 5 rose's, yes 5, and some smaller flowers. Looked nothing like the picture, which by the way was full and what I received was a lot of spacing. Please I would like a refund and if you want the flowers back I can give them back to you.
I thought the arrangement would have been bigger for the price I paid.

I sent these flowers to my girlfriend whose mother had passed. The flowers got there exactly when they said they would arrive AND my friend raved at how beautiful they are. I have not seen the flowers, personally, so I can only go by what my friend said.

Didn't get the order until in the late afternoon. Some of the flowers looked wilted and the display wasn't what I had expected. Some of the lilies have never opened, which has been disappointing.
I would like to see a photo of the sizes that are available.the default just shows deluxe and no matter which one I select, it just shows deluxe in the photo.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
