I wasn't aware that the flowers would be coming via ups. I paid a delivery fee and they flowers were shipped. They came in a box and when they were taken out the flowers were wilted and didn't look as good as they could have because they had been in the box for so long

The overall service was good. I didn't like that the flowers in the picture weren't anything like the ones received. They were still pretty, but in the picture there were roses and roses were not even a part of the received bouquet.

I paid extra for before 12 delivery and a hour late I called and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and said they are only a hour late you could be nice and let it slide.EXCUSE ME I PAID EXTRA FOR A SPECIFIC SERVICE I DIDN'T RECIEVE. They were to refund the extra but never did and the flowers were 3 hours late and looked awful I cried and told my mother sorry and felt horrible for the junk she just recieved NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN EVERRRRRRR!
