While my wife was still happy to have received flowers, your site is extremely misleading on what I was sending. You had a picture of a vase packed full of carnations and roses, and she received a vase with a few of each and a lot of green filler. I will be making a report for the BBB regarding this.

The recipient posted a picture of the arrangement on Facebook. I was pleasantly surprised to find a stunning and beautiful arrangement had been delivered, (the following day but that may have been my fault since I did not read any small print regarding what time the order needed to have arrived by.
Although I was not able to attend the funeral service, I understand the flowers were delivered on time & were very nice.

The flowers look fine. But what a disappointment. The note that was enclosed with the flowers was very lazily written with words misspelled all over the place (It is important to note that I did not spell these words incorrectly upon ordering). I spend $50 and the phone call I get upon my girlfriend receiving those flowers is "Hey thank you for the flowers, but did you forget how to spell?" No, the flower company does not know how to spell and all I can say is "WOW".
The flowers were delivered late, which would not have been a big of a deal except that I paid extra to have them delivered the same day and they did not make it in time, yet I got a delivery confirmation that they had been delivered. This caused problems when I contacted the recipient the following day and asked if she liked her gift and was met with confusion, essentially ruining the surprise.
The flowers were delivered and look lovely. I plan on using the service again, but not for short notice delivery.

Easy process for order and delivery. Since it was an out of state delivery, may be nice if you could email a photo of the item being delivered so that we know what it looked like/what was included. Overall a good purchasing experience.

I was unhappy that after all was said and done, I had to pay an extra $20 for handling? All the way through the order I was given one price $45! It was only at the very end that I was informed of extra charges. You should give the total amount upfront!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
