Silly that I could not get both of the credits I was entitled - instead I got $12 credit, which expires, and I have no current need for it. So I feel like I got misled, then slightly taken advantage of by your false promises of discounts.

Your products are consistent, which is why I continue to shop with you. The website is workable and the prices are reasonable, although the service charge - I wish - was built into the price - because we know we are ordering for delivery - so why not tell us the full price in advance? Nevertheless, this is the best of the flower services I've encountered. Thank you.

Your website had originally shown me three different versions of the same bouquet, i.e. Regular, Executive and Deluxe, or something like that. Then when I placed the order for the second option, by the time I finished ordering and paying for it, it had somehow changed my order to the third option, for which I unfortunately had to shell out from my pocket.

Also, I thought the delivery might have been made during the early morning hours, having paid another $ 5 for the same. But the order was delivered around 12 noon, which although you may say is within your promised time, is a little disappointing to me. It was my sister's 50th Birthday and sending flowers from India, I had hoped that she would have received the flowers a little earlier than at mid-day.

Anyway, thanks for your services!

The delivery was supposed to be same day but it was done the next day. I was told to get complimentary upgrade because of that but I am not sure what changed in the delivery item which I ordered. But overall, customer service was good and timely in informing about the issue and responding to my queries.

Terrible experience do not use these people! The flowers arrived late in the day 6 p.m., left at a back door they didn't even try to ring the doorbell to deliver them. Then the flowers show up in a box half wilted and my mom had to put them in a vase herself I will be asking for my money back
