Delivery was a bit slow the person I ordered them from didn't get them until 5:30pm not a big deal though.
My order was not going to be delivered until the day after it was supposed to. I received a call and email apologizing and my order was upgraded. All of which I was very grateful for.
Silly that I could not get both of the credits I was entitled - instead I got $12 credit, which expires, and I have no current need for it. So I feel like I got misled, then slightly taken advantage of by your false promises of discounts.

Your website had originally shown me three different versions of the same bouquet, i.e. Regular, Executive and Deluxe, or something like that. Then when I placed the order for the second option, by the time I finished ordering and paying for it, it had somehow changed my order to the third option, for which I unfortunately had to shell out from my pocket.
Also, I thought the delivery might have been made during the early morning hours, having paid another $ 5 for the same. But the order was delivered around 12 noon, which although you may say is within your promised time, is a little disappointing to me. It was my sister's 50th Birthday and sending flowers from India, I had hoped that she would have received the flowers a little earlier than at mid-day.

The delivery was supposed to be same day but it was done the next day. I was told to get complimentary upgrade because of that but I am not sure what changed in the delivery item which I ordered. But overall, customer service was good and timely in informing about the issue and responding to my queries.

Terrible experience do not use these people! The flowers arrived late in the day 6 p.m., left at a back door they didn't even try to ring the doorbell to deliver them. Then the flowers show up in a box half wilted and my mom had to put them in a vase herself I will be asking for my money back

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
