Bouquet was for my daughter's birthday. I was specific to not only list her address as a "business" address on your order form but also put the name of her business in the address portion for delivery to ENSURE that it was delivered before 5pm. I was with my daughter for dinner and at 5:55pm the delivery person called her and told her he was trying to deliver her flowers at her office. Office closed at 5pm - your order form specifically states that deliveries to businesses would be made by 5pm - I had to call this a.m. to get a discount and at that time the flowers had no been delivered. Seems to me you could have also offered a larger bouquet - after all - a birthday is only 1 day a year - its not like it was for congratulations or get well that could have been delivered any day.
I thought the bouquet was going to be bigger just like the website said so that was a little disappointing but my mom loved them so that's all that matters
I ordered for the 23rd, my flowers did not ship until the 24th.

I was overall pleased with the service. My only complaint is that I had paid for same day delivery and the flowers were not delivered until the following day. According to customer service,there weren't any available florists to provide same day delivery within the area and therefore delivery was delayed a day. I wish I had known this before paying an additional amount for a service that wasn't available.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
