The flowers were a gift ad the person receiving the flowers was very pleased.
I order a package on Friday. Paid for same day delivery. Never received the flowers till Sunday. The delivery people stated they delivered, but we were unable to locate the flowers anywhere around the house. Especially where they stated they left the product.
Horrible. The flowers were no up to par by any means. We chose an upbeat bright and sweet arrangement. What our boss's wife received look like it came from the dollar store.
I paid for expedited delivery and did not receive order as promised. Yes, I do understand placing orders last minute there can be issues. I'd recommend not offering a service if can not meet that expectation. The recipient did receive the order and was very satisfied. Customer service did tell me where my order was and new anticipated delivery time. They also refunded the extra expedited delivery fees, still waiting on that in my bank account. Overall good experience.
My client posted a picture on Facebook and I was embarrassed by what I saw. The actual flowers did NOT look like the photo I selected. In the lower tier price, if you are changing the flowers from what is pictured, you should show that photo - or list the change. I would have paid for the better flowers; I just assumed you would have less flowers- not just change it all to carnations. Additionally, you could see in the photo that the one lily was bruised and not in good shape. I would have been better off not sending her flowers than sending something that embarrassing.

The flowers i ordered on Sept 24 for my friends Birthday were the wrong flowers. I was not very happy with that.But i called them about it and they were nice enough to take $10. Off my ordered. Thank you for that.
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AND IT SEEMED PRETTY EASY PLUS YOU SHOWED A PICTURE OF THE FLOWER UPGRADES. However, my order did not get delivered the same day before noon but was delivered the next day and I blame this on the flower store since they had the order and I had noted once they were not delivered to give me a call for the following day to make sure things were correct sicne they now had 2 addresses but the flower store never did call me, I had to call back once again.
I had to order a sympathy plant at the last minute and was beyond pleased with the service, quality and price. The same day delivery cost was unbelievably inexpensive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs beautiful plant or flowers delivered quickly!
