Had a great experience. Easy to navigate the site and delivery was mad as promised.
I received the e-mail confirming delivery but, after speaking to my daughter, realized she had not received it. Being quite a distance away, I was unsure how to even begin to find out where it was, so I asked her to contact the 1-800 number and the folks on the line assisted her with the issue. A little while later she finally received the order but, it did take some time to track it down apparently. Not sure what the mix-up was but, I found it odd if they weren't sure where she was located I thought they would contact her via the phone number I provided on the order. Other than that, I was extremely satisifed with the basket in sorting it out.
It was so easy! Although satisfied with everything, the final product didn't totally look like the picture on line - there were no ferns in plant and only 2 (that I saw) plants in dish. Thanks for everything tho.
I love the ability to create a custom vase. That alone may lead to me using your company again. The flowers were beautiful; however, I wish I had better known how few flowers were included. The picture used showed far more, and if I had known the picture was the largest bouquet, I likely would have paid more to order that one.
