My main flaw I see with this site, is that only some of the floral, etc., arrangements, have the size in the description. It would be much more helpful if the sizing info. Was listed for all items.

I sent these flowers to my aunt and she loved them.
Sending flowers was super easy. Lets just hope they make it there. Well its now 2 days later and the flowers did arrive. I paid the extra money to have them there before noon. But they did not arrive until 1:20, thats an hour and a 20 minutes late. Was not very happy about this part of the service. Everything else was extremely easy and simple.

The picture of the flowers on the website looked like a professional arrangement. The arrangement my friend received looked like a 4 year old put it together. What's worse is, I paid for the most expensive arrangement and it looked nothing like the arrangement on the website. AND they weren't delivered until today and I paid extra for them to be delivered YESTERDAY. Very unsatisfied. Will never use this service again.

I only had a problem one time and they compensated me and handled the whole situation professionally. They listen and take fast action. This was a gift and the flowers were all purple as ordered...very happy about that!
I would definitely recommend this site to friends and family. The presentation was beautiful, as expected. I paid for express delivery who was supposed to arrive somewhere before noon and it arrived one hour later, but still the quality and arrangement of the bouquet surmount that detail. It was worth the price.
Although delivery could not be made the same day, customer service notified me immediately with more than satisfactory options. Customer service was honest, friendly and helpful as well as apologetic. For these reasons alone, I would use fromyouflowers again.
