I paid for the premium bouquet, and it looked really sad upon arrival. To be honest, it looked smaller and less dramatic than the picture which was of a smaller bouquet. I was pretty disappointed and probably won't order again from this retailer because I'm paying more for less.

The delivery lady was rude with my wife, no tact at all; the prices are not bad, what I didn't like is the fact that the delivery charges are shown just right before the check-out, would've like to see it clearly before. The product was really good, no complain at all.
My friend was very happy with the arrangement but what she described to me was not what I picked out. I picked out a really pretty fall grouping of flowers and she said she got pink and red roses. So I was a little confused. She was happy with it but I was disappointed she didn't get what I ordered. In my experience roses don't last very long and I wanted them to keep for at least a week as she has out of state family visiting for a Memorial for her mother.
The only problem I had was there were no flower shops to deliver on the same day which was Sunday. I will hopefully not be charged for that few extra dollars added on for same day delivery. I ordered from Ontario to be delivered to Tucson, Arizona and my mother said they were beautiful.

Easy, fast, affordable!
Website was very user friendly. The white Lillies were turning black. As soon as they came in we check the water and it was okay but they must have used Lillies that were going bad. I should have ordered them from my friends florist in town. It was just easier for me to order on line.
When it is posted "get your order today", please make sure you can deliver. This made my delivery 3 days late. Although you compensated with an upgrade, I still wish it had gotten there on time.
