I required a corsage after last minute cancellation from another florist. I used this service as the guaranteed a same delivery, which they did, and appreciated the delivery. However, the corsage was in bad shape when it arrived as two of the main flowers were brown along the edges and had brown spots showing that the flower was not fresh. The corsage was also barely attached to the wrist band and required further attention before being used.

I never got an email when the product was delivered so I did not know that it had ever been delivered until the person told me that I sent it to. I tried the track order on the web site but it couldn't tell me and customer service said they could track it.
