This was my first time with this company. There were some confusions. I did not realize there was a service fee but that makes sense. I thought they charged me too much. They gave me a gift card even though the charges were correct. I paid for early delivery and they were an hour outside of the time so they credited me for that fee too. The customer service was wonderful. I will buy flowers from them again this time knowing the service fee is extra.

I might suggest that you list the cost of delivery etc. before the order is completely done. Would be nice to know ahead. Is the delivery cost the same for all flower orders or is it based on price of flowers; mileage what?

Not impressed. I ordered the fall floral garden and upgraded to the premium. There were zero tulips and nothing else in the way of a substitution flower. The bouquet was mostly sunflowers with very little bluish purple accent flowers (microscopic in comparison to the other flower) and the roses were pale and wilted. Way too much green fillers and instead of a clear vase with raffia it was a green vase with a red ribbon. Just not as tasteful or pretty as the picture online. Disappointing...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
