Only gripe I have, is that I emailed & called to change the 'deliver to' name (I mistakenly entered my own), right after I hit the order button. The lady that called back was great and said it wouldn't be a problem to change it. A while later, I received a call stating that I had flowers delivered for me, to the wrong address. Long story short, my name was still on the flowers. Thankfully, I was called by a coworker, before the flowers were sent to me!

The whole process from the moment I placed my order for the flowers until they were delivered went very well. I even received a phone call making sure someone would be home to receive the flowers which was a good thing because the flowers were a surprise to my daughter at her work place and I put the home address so that phone call checking to make sure where they were going was very much appreciated. I would definitely order again from your company and would recommend you to my friends and others.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
