Well, I was overall pleased, but I paid for the middle upgraded variety of flowers, but when my friend received them, they wereally not like the picture at all. Onlycan got 4 roses and a mixture of lower grade purple floweea, and daiseys? For $68 dollars, I thought would have received a bit better variety for price.

Saw flowers at funeral service today; arrangment looked very nice. I chose a small one since I also plan to send a memorial, and it was a good size. Paid a little more than I planned, but then flowers aren't cheap, even with a discount!

The flowers were received by my niece and she sent me photo's, they appeared as outlined on the website and delivered 2 days ahead of the schedule.

I didn't like finding a $14.99 handling fee added at the end of checkout, I would have preferred to know all the costs ahead of time. But I get it...

Everything else was great, I would recommend you and use your service again.

I am extremely disappointed in the flowers; they look nothing like what I ordered, and I paid extra for the fuller arrangement - only got 2 roses! Neither the shape nor the quality were what I expected, and I will take the time to go with a local florist rather than use this online ordering service in the future!

I also paid extra for same day delivery; I did have to contact customer service when the flowers didn't arrive on the day ordered, and I will say that they processed a refund of the same day delivery charges with no problem. However, when I called, the rep said that they were planning on calling me that they couldn't do my delivery on that day - but this was already after the latest delivery deadline, and I had to call in about it to find out what was going on.
