Ordered the largest size for the arrangement. Spoke to customer service regarding photo online and was assured that that photo represented the mid-range arrangement. Paid for the largest arrangement. While it was pretty, it was not large, there were less flowers than the photo. Much less, making it a small arrangement. It was a birthday gift, and it was too late at that point to do anything, but send photo's to show it did not meet minimum standards for what was purchased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
