I asked if the flowers could be delivered at 9am. They weren't and no one got back to me to let me know.
I am extremely disappointed in the flowers; they look nothing like what I ordered, and I paid extra for the fuller arrangement - only got 2 roses! Neither the shape nor the quality were what I expected, and I will take the time to go with a local florist rather than use this online ordering service in the future!
I also paid extra for same day delivery; I did have to contact customer service when the flowers didn't arrive on the day ordered, and I will say that they processed a refund of the same day delivery charges with no problem. However, when I called, the rep said that they were planning on calling me that they couldn't do my delivery on that day - but this was already after the latest delivery deadline, and I had to call in about it to find out what was going on.
Not bad as always flowers look fuller online than in person but very fresh and nice compared to other online flower shops.

Not a lot of choices and delivery charge too high. Need miltary/eterans discount. The person I sent the flowers absolutely loved her arrangement.

The plant was extremely small and looked like it was half dead. All the other plants at the funeral at least had their leaves shiny and clean. Mine was dull and dirty looking. The pot was crappy also. I won't use this service again. I could have handled the small size but at least let it look good and healthy

I ordered flowers to be delivered on October 3 (the day before my friend's birthday). She received the flowers on September 27, the day after I placed my order.
She was well pleased with the flowers, so I can't complain.
Recipient said flowers were perfect, fresh, and arrived in AM. Her husband asked where they were from--he wants to change florists! One note: Would be nice to be able to combine my "free shipping for life" discount with sales on the site. Thank you.
They were fast and prompt however i was not aware of the additional express costs it never showed up on my invoice only the $104 did when i used my card, then i received an email taking the charges to $127!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
