What I figured out later was that I didn't get a bigger flowers, but was charged $15 for Handling
And service. Half of the cost of the flowers! Ridiculous! Wish I had known this right off the bay!

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, she always got flowers from my dad on her birthday at work. He passed away last year-so I knew sending her flowers this year on her birthday at work would be heart felt and amazing. I paid the extra fee to Guarantee my flowers to be there before 2:00 so she would get them at work-THEY NEVER GOT DELIVERED-when I called they weren't even sent out yet! I was extremely mad because my mothers birthday surprise was ruined-even though I PAID extra-the money is not the point the point is you purchase a extra package to assure that everything would go as planned. If I cant trust your guarantee what makes you think I can trust anything else! I'm not a ridiculous person, I understand mistakes being made I gave them another chance even though they offered me my money back so quick and easy. I changed my address to be delivered to her home before 5:30 so before the whole family goes out to her birthday dinner she would atleast get them. 5:30 came along and nothing! The flowers were never delivered. I had officially lost my patients with yall. I was extremely disappointed in the service and experience. I called back and yelled and was rude to a very very nice customer rep named Nicole-who with her help she got the driver to change the address one more time to be sent to the restaurant where we at since the messed up again. The only nice and positive thing about this experience was that lovely rep named Nicole. She helped me so much and I can not thank her enough. Sadly I would not ever buy flowers here again-yalls options of making it right were ridiculously pathetic. (an upgrade for NEXT day delivery) that was not only worthless but insulting. Thank you Nicole for understanding and being helpful.
