I love this site, I have an elderly mother and she loves colorful flowers, and your reasonably priced.
The advertised price was nearly $20 less than I was charged at checkout. The $15 delivery fee was not included in the price. I was charged another $3.00 to deliver on the same day but a few hours later was told you couldn't but would upgrade my order however I was sent a pic and got what I ordered. I don't like surprises. If something is advertised on sale $31.99 then that's what it cost. Not $49.99 after you have my card number for delivery and same day delivery for $3.00 more that you can't make happen. Not cool.
Recipient wasn't aware that flowers had been delivered. The delivery person had placed the flowers on the side porch (mud room entry door stoop). The flowers should have been delivered to the front porch/door. Also, the front door bell should've been rung to alert the residents that a delivery was made.
The flowers are for my Mom's birthday. Disappointed she didn't know about the flowers (sitting outside for several hours) until I asked her if she had gotten a delivery. The only great thing is that my Mom said that the flowers were beautiful.

I ordered #******* to be delivered to my daughter in Cedar Falls, IA. The delivery was made this morning, which was good. She took a photo of the arrangement and e-mailed it to me. The photo showed the arrangement was somewhat different that the one on your website, and I didn't like it as well.
I appreciate the prompt delivery, especially for a sympathy arrangement.
