"Disappointed cannot do same day delivery" was told too late in the day to send anything now. I didn't even order the flowers I would have because they have a tab that states SAME DAY orders and they couldn't even fill those!
Your company stated this was "NOT" the norm but your reviews tell another story. This is your norm! Out of 310 customers only 11 were satisfied. This is appalling! MOST were delivery issues. Your company should be shut down.

QUICK AND EASY.
Flowers were delivered without a card to let them know who had ordered them. Ordered from NC to be delivered to CT.
It was quick and easy and same day delivery on a sunday. Its a beautiful thing!

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours for a funeral wake. Two days later I get a call and the florist is trying to deliver?! I called customer service and complained and explained that the flowers missed the funeral and wake. They were apologetic and offered to send them to the recipient with an apology in my name, however another day goes by and the florist calls again. By now I'm over it and told the florist just to drop them off and forget about it. I am very disappointed, florist claims they just received the order on a Friday when they were ordered for Wed delivery...all the customer service in the world cannot fix that. Makes me wonder how my other deliveries went...I only send flowers when I cannot attend or deliver myself so it's not like I can check up on them.
I was able to actually see the funeral flowers that I ordered from our company (often don't because funeral services are in other parts of the country), and was pleasantly surprised. The flowers were the size as ordered, and as beautiful as the picture on the website depicted. They also arrived when they were supposed to arrive. Everything from beginning to end was seamless.

I was seeking an alternative to FDS or Proflowers. Initially the YouFlowers options seems to be a more affordable option but at checkout, ultimately it's very comparative in price. If the delivery price could come down, YouFlowers would be my only choice. My mom loved the flowers but I think $55 is a lot to send flowers when you can pick them up in a florist shop for so much less. That's not an option for me because I am out of state.

Priced listed are a bit deceiving. $30 of flowers easily cost over $60, and for that price morning delivery should be included. That being said I think this is industry standard so all the flower delivery companies do the same.
