First off, flowers were very beautiful and brightened up my loved ones day! Price was very reasonable and same day delivery is a steal for $2.99! Where I can see areas of opportunity are better availability to customer questions/concerns about delivery times. There is a place on your website that states track order, and if you fill out a form someone will contact you within the hour. It took your team over 24 hours to contact me, and at that time the flowers (thankfully) had already been delivered. It will probably be a while before I order flowers online from your company only because the "drama" of not knowing whats is actually going on with my order, wasn't really worth the amazing prices.
You guys should include the option to pick whatever baloon people want, not only quantity but every specific balloon, for example one "I love you" and one "happy bday" instead of two of the same type

The process was great and I was pleased with the price and selection. However, the recipient sent me a picture of her flowers and it wasn't nearly as voluminous as the picture appeared, even though I purchased the 'as shown' size.
So far its been super easy. Now lets hope it truly does get there today as promised.
Delivered same day as promised and the fruit was fresh and good. Employee in hospital and he and his family appreciated it very much. Nice touch to be able to send something other than flowers...

Very disappointed with how the bouquet looked in comparison to the picture on website
This is the second time I've used this site. The first vase I got in the previous purchase was NOT the same as the picture. The delivery was a little late as well. Other than that I'm satisfied. My most recent order was perfect.
2 of the roses were already turning brown on the outside. I paid $50 to give my wife old flowers and your company offers a shipping refund of $9.
Totally dissatisfied and will never order flowers thru your site again!
What was delivered did not match what was ordered
The flowers were ok quality but the balloon that was supposed to be with my order was not delivered.
