These flowers were stunning. Kudos to Nela Florist for their beautiful work. They were delivered early in the morning before the company opened, but the delivery person called to make sure that someone was on the way. This service was wonderful to use. Great price, beautiful arrangement, super service. We could not be happier with this choice. Thank you. We will certainly use you again. I highly recommend this site.
The only problem we have had is that we did not order this for ourselves so cannot really comment on the goods themselves. It was a gift for our granddaughter as a congratulations. Be sure to look at ways on your end to REALLY IDENTIFY who receives the item(s), the one who orders or the one to whom it is delivered. I had to go through too many questions to get to a point where I could send this note.
I have never had bad service from this company - I have used them several times and the flowers are very fresh and beautiful
It is now 5PM. We have not received the delivery and had no contact from a local florist. They promised same day service for the extra charge to a business between 9 AM and 5 PM. I've requested a refund. I think this is a scam.
I am disappointed with the quantity and it was not the vase that I chose

Although I had a terrible experience in the begging they completely made it up to me by refunding my money for the shipping and rush fees and up-graded my purchase for my mother in law. I am definitely surprised by fromyouflowers.com from the generosity from the staff! I called for the same day delivery to my mother in law for her birthday on a Friday morning, it was not delivered although they told me that it would be before 5pm. (My mother in law works weekend shift and lives an hour and a half from where she works) I tried to track my purchase numerous times through the day and did not receive an email with a confirmation EVER. When I left work at 3, I just hoped it would make it before the day was over. Sunday I received a phone call apologizing for not being able to deliver her gift. Monday, they delivered her gift to her home, which was over an hour away from where I purchased the flowers.
I was disappointed for the $15 service fee. Very misleading
