The buying process was very easy. The only problem I had was I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to have purple and red flowers in it. I specifically ordered that arrangement because my wife's favorite color is purple. When it was delivered, there was not any purple flowers in it. I was very upset!
Quick and easy to use even though I'm located in Australia
I was very pleased that I could order flowers early afternoon and they were delivered the same day. Some of the roses showed their age and assumed that was due to the very quick turnaround I required. Otherwise i was very immpressed.

The flowers that I had ordered for my grandmothers birthday were supposed to be rainbow roses, illustrated by orange, purple, pink, red, and yellow flowers. While I understand that all colors are different on roses, what my grandmother received was red and pink, the picture was very deceptive and the flowers were very dried out when delivered and do not look like they will live for more than a day or two more. I was quite disappointed with the quality of the flowers.
I put the wrong address and they called to tell me. Thank you for making my grandma's 99 bday special!
