After the flowers were received, they appear to be less substantial than I would have expected for the price.
It was easy. I did use this site once before and the person said she liked the flowers. My major concern/ complaint is the $15 for handling.
The florist who filled the order has the option to use what ever he/she wants & the florist in WI used mostly leather and filler flowers. Yes, there was one, maybe two stargazers (I don't think that is the correct name.) and a couple of buds (don't know the flower it will be) to yet open. Overall the arrangement was tacky and ugly. A relative sent a picture on F/B. The florist should be ashamed, I know I was. When one spends $59 and gets something which looks worse than flowers sold in a grocery store one knows the arrangement was bad. Unfortunately, when one lives more than 1,000 miles away and does not know any florists this is what can happen.
I did speak with someone this morning who tried to help by placing a new order with another florist. Unfortunately, it would have cost me another $34. I'm on SS and I cannot afford the additional cost.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
