The first thing is that I paid the additional $4.99 Expedited Delivery time to guarantee delivery prior to 12pm, yet my wife received her delivery at 1:30pm. So that charge was pointless.
Otherwise, it was a decent display of Fall colored carnations and greenery...

The price was affordable, comparable to others and offered same-day delivery for an additional fee. Unfortunately, I received a notification from the company at the end of the day that they could not find a florist who could provide the delivery on the same day. The company offered delivery the next day and upgraded the floral bouquet order, which was a nice gesture, but was obviously disappointing once you select, pay for and expect same-day service that might have been achieved from another company.
You should have the handling fee included in your pricing, not just when I go to check out. Almost picked another site for that reason, no one likes surprise fees.
