The delivery was so late that I became concerned. I called the 80 number, and after a very long hold, the customer service person who assisted me seemed to be irritated that I was calling or concerned about the delivery.

She did try to contact the florist, but they were already closed.

Finally, the flowers arrived, at 5:55 pm. And the cup/mug that was supposed to hold the flowers (part of the reason I had purchased this arrangement), was a different color than in the picture on the website, which was disappointing.

Never again.

Good but nowhere during the ordering procedure was anything shown about a handling charge price until right at the end,at checking out to pay.

The flowers were received perfectly on time.Very much appreciated and loved by the recipient as they came as a complete surprise to her.They were beautiful as I could see having received a photo of them, from my friend.

Yes, I'm more than happy to continue my review! I thought abt if I shld or shldnt go with my truest feelings & give 1 or not. As u can see, I went ahead & gave 2's instead, to be kind. Well lets get to it then.Now it's due to your expensive a** prices that I'm feeling some kind of way abt your company. Even with this free shipping credit, it's still ridiculously too expensive. If it weren't for my Grandmother's 94th Birthday tomorrow, I wldnt have went any further than the 'review order' part of the chkout process, seeing the total. I mean over $70 for a reg flower arrangement + a simple $3.00 per balloon
(I cldve bought 3bags of balloons), oh & God forbid I wanted to add a vase, that I have to pay xtra for. What, a free vase cldnt have been thrown in for free with these $39.99 & up bouquets?! These prices are the sole reason(s) why I've changed my mind on ordering for(again) my Gma, my Mother & my sister, Mother's Day bouquets! Ok, I've been using your services only for a 4 + year's now right & no not on the regular basis. Nevertheless, it was ok enough for me wanting to continue ordering frm you. For the costs to have gone up, especially now as we're all going through this epidemic financially, physically, emotionally, etc. Folk's finances are scarce now'a'days w/out any idea when we'll bounce bck & yet your prices.though.like wow. Honestly, I'm disappointed with you & sadly, after this purchase, I wont be using your services any longer. Now I knw you cldnt give a rat's behind, if I ever order anything or not frm you again. But you wanted the reason's why I gave you 2's instead of only 1, so here'ya go. Plus, it's so wild how you're charging xtra to have the flower's delivered in the a.m.
or free whatever time some1 chooses to deliver the order during the buisness hrs. But what gets me, is that its 'still the same dog'on day'. I can understand an xtra charge to have a same day delivery -vs- a later date, where its then a free delivery. But that's not the case with your delivery choices if there's an opening for . So for me, this is on the same level of disgust I'm hvng along side of your obscene prices for the candy, balloons, gift basket's/bouquets, etc.! And lastly, the shipping costs; that's freakin ridiculous as the costs for 98.99% of your product's. Now u might tell me that "no1 has ever complained abt thecosts before" or "how every1 in the flower/gift basket online ordering business has raised the costs of their product's, due too yada.blah.blah". But these climbing costs is throughout a few year's. Well you've certainly now come across a customer who's complaining abt the costly increases. And whoms explaining, in detail, my feelings of disgust. No confusion/misunderstanding what I'm saying. I truley wasnt planning for this to be this long but there it is. Thank you for reading my long review, well hopefully some1 read the entire post.

The flowers arrived at the end of the day and were so simple and sparse that I was embarrassed in front of my entire family. Shame on you for promising a designer bouquet and then sending such a poor example of one. And charging a lot of money for it!

I have to say that I am truly disappointed with the flower arrangement overall. It did not look like what I order or what paid for... very disappointing! I gave 1 star because it didn't let me leave it at no rating, because honestly it was bad it didn't deserve not 1 star...I don't like to complain but the truth is that it was awful! I feel embarrassed that she received that arrangement I would actually like my money back. I would send you the picture of the arrangement that my very good friend in a moment of difficulty received with the picture of my order and they are not comparable! So disappointed and I would never order from this place again. Wow!

The floral bouquet looks gorgeous! It will be delivered today, so we're waiting to see what Norma thinks -
That will be the "acid test".

The flowers were delivered today (one day late), but Norma loved them. The surprise was really a hit!
