Arrived today 5/1/20 as was scheduled. It was a gift so I didn't get to see it. Maybe I'll get a photo.
My mom is in her 80's but still very critical if there's something she doesn't like. I also have to trust her judgment seeing she's 900 miles away from me. Well, she ABSOLUTELY LOVES these flowers. Her mind is slipping and couldn't remember the name of them. But thank you for helping me brighten up her day.

I ordereda bouquet for my daughter. She is a high school senior and today was supposed to be her classes mother /daughter tea. She was supposed to get an arrangement in a tea cup per my order. It was a themed tea! Flowers were pretty and delivery was great, but the change in vase was dissappointing.

Handling fee is half the price of the flowers. Seems a bit much after the fact. Went from $41.00 to $61.00. Due to handling fee. I have ordered from another flower site and didnt have to put the flowers in the vase after i took packaging and rubber bands off from packaging. Ruined my whole surprise to my wife.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
