The arrangement was beautiful. I was very satisfied.

Flowers look a lot nicer on the picture, and they delivered them very late.
The flowers delivered were not the flowers I ordered. I paid extra for the deluxe size however what was delivered was smaller then the original size in the photo.
I sent flowers to friends opening a new business. They were delivered on time. I went to the business the next day and they looked like I had bought 2 dozen roses from the discount bin at the grocery store and tossed them into a container. They were dead within 3 days.
So far so good. I just hope that what I ordered is exactly what gets delivered.

The on line ordering and super quick delivery was wonderful. But the product didn't look like he was represented on the web site. There was a lot of leafy greens and fewer flowers. I was a little disappointed.
My sister loved the flowers & they were there way earlier than I expected & I didn't ask for before noon delivery. I was very pleased with the product & the service.

The person to whom the flowers were sent was extremely please with the arrangement.
Because I ordered flowers to be sent to someone out of state,I did not actually see the flowers that she received, but she called me and said they were beautiful. She received them within an hour and a half of my order. WOW. I was disappointed to hear that the vase was a clear one and not the cranberry one shown and described in the selection I chose
