The delivery was suppose to be on 10-28-15 BEFORE 12! Then approval was made without my knowledge to be before 2 pm that same day! THE FLOWERS ARRIVED AT 3:50pm! We are teachers we usually don't stay that late! Especially when I had called and agreed to have them move the delivery to 10-29-15 before noon! No one told me they were still going to deliver them! Lucky someone was here to let them deliver! Talk about HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Also when they were suppose to deliver them before 12 there would have been 0 traffic, but because y'all moved the time the driver got caught in "traffic."
The shopping was easy, as well as setting up payment and delivery. I will use them again!
I wanted to make sure it got delivered in the morning that day, I even paid extra for it. I am terribly disappointed that it got delivered only by 4pm. The product was great, thanks for that. But your delivery and tracking system needs much improvement.
I wanted to send to my mother one of the floral arrangement that included a happy birthday ballon. Everything was fine until i notice that the ballon had the wrong message, instead of the happy birthday print, it said "Get well soon", what a huge mistake!. I like the flowers anyways.
The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time but I was very disappointed that it did NOT look like the picture. I upgraded to the deluxe so it would be full and it was but some of the flowers pictures were not the flowers I received and it changed the look of the arrangement, had I known I would not have purchased that arrangement!
The recipient of the flower order called us immediately to tell us how excited she was to receive flowers and how cute the Halloween motif was, especially the spider. Thank you. Good job.

I sent Halloween Flowers to my friend living in the USA, she was delighted with the flowers & she particularly liked the colour & quality of the vase in which they were delivered.
The service and timing was great. The fruit basket was a little smaller than I expected but nice.
Website is very easy to navigate. Flowers were exactly as described & delivered in a timely fashion. I would recommend this service to others & will use for future purchases.
