Nothing special in the arrangement. I am not dissatisfied, but I could have bought similar at Publix. Delivery was not in the morning. This is twice in a row I paid extra for morning delivery and they were not there in the morning. If I shop here again, I won't pay extra again.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service. It was my parents anniversary. My father was out of town so I wanted to do something for my mother. This place had good reviews so I decided to try them. Prices were decent too! I placed an order and opted for 4 hr delivery. The handling fee was MUCH higher than I expected. But, I wanted the flowers. About 5 hrs after I ordered I called the recipient to see if she had gotten anything. Nothing. About another hour later I called From You Flowers. It is 3:45 at this point. They tell me they contacted the florist and its out for delivery but they don't know when it will get there. I asked for a refund for the 4 hour delivery. At this point the recipient has left work. 4:45 rolls around and still nothing. The office closes at 5. I call back in at 5:15. I wait on hold for almost 15 min for them to tell me it JUST got delivered. Luckily, someone was still at the office to take it. This is absolutely disgraceful. When I complained on the phone she offered to send me a $10 coupon. That does NOTHING to remedy my situation, especially when I got the $10 coupon ANYWAYS for placing my first order. I ask the person who signed for the flowers to send my a picture. The vase was HALF the size it was supposed to be and the flowers were completely the wrong color! I ordered a Purple Perfection bouquet and they were pink. I am so disgusted by this company and customer service. Buyer beware for sure. Definitely not with the $60 I spent.

I had ordered an arrangement for a friend in a different state. The flowers arrived the day I ordered them (did not specify a specific time I wanted them delivered) and were almost exactly as the picture online (a different color bow was tied around the base). Will definitely order from here again!
