You stated a price, including the discount. Then slapped me with a $14.95 service charge at check out. That's not the way the good guys do it. That said, the balloons delivered were knock-out fabulous! Bright, shiny Milar with Happy Birthday messages for the thrilled young lady who received them! And the delivery man was delightful! However, they weren't delivered until after 4 PM which seems late. All in all, the product was great, the delivery man terrific, but the surprise service charge was not good. It's simply a matter of letting the customer know that's part of the price beforehand.
Flowers arrived late in the day and were not 'fresh'. They had gotten too warm. Otherwise, I'll use your service again. It is usually very good and pricing is what I expect it to be.
So far ok... hopefully they will look better than the last ones received
Now these were the best flowers I've ever received! Somebody at this florist stepped up their game!
I called twice to make sure the order was correct and to make sure the name of recipient was correct,I was advised both times that it was correct, when the flowers arrived the recipient name was incorrect these flowers were for my neighbors to give my condolences and because the recipient name was myself they were confused and brought them to my house I had to explain the error and gave them back to them over all very embarrassing not satisfied with the delivery at all.
My friend who I sent them to cried she was so surprised and happy. They're beautiful and smell so pretty she told me! So thank you so much for making her(which made me) very happy!
The arrangement had hardly looked like the flowers shown,I ordered balloons with it that were not delivered with it... was for graduation day,which we could not celebrate due to Covid,I was just looking to put a smile on my daughters face,while she was happy to receive them it would have been nice to get what was ordered I also placed another order same day for my other daughter,I am hoping she receives what has been ordered I shall find out on Thursday
