Thanks for delivering the Birthday flowers. I believe I had ordered a Mylar birthday balloon but I guess they maybe we out of balloons because there was a teddy bear delivered instead. The price was the same as far as I can tell & I didn't mind the swap. Kind regards, Lisa
They are horrible. They over charged me for a previous order and gave me a credit to use on their website but try and force to you spend a minimum of $69.99 to deliver flowers to my niece. Run use another florist company!
My Niece who is suffering from Stage 4 bone cancer had decided to move back to Illinois where she had been living for the past 3 years.
She wanted to be near Family and friends for this last part of her journey.
She loves Sunflowers, and I wanted the bouquet of mixed sunflowers to BE there when she arrived!
The flowers arrived late afternoon, early evening instead! I was NOT happy that they weren't there upon her arrival...
I will say, however, that I was very happy with the arrangement! As was she, when she sent me a picture once they had arrived. So, I thank you very much for that!
One more thing, when I called to find out the status of delivery, all I got was "they will be delivered today.
Better Customer service would've been appreciated.

Not happy, starting with the late end of the day delivery with the flowers left at the door, unwrapped just bare vase sitting on the porch! These flowers looked nothing like what I ordered except for the few sunflowers in it! Was suppose to have a country look with a mason jar vase... nope didn't get that at all! Just a plain clear vase.

One plus is the custom service followed up with locating my order when it wasn't getting to me.
I sent the order not receive it! I checked with Granddaughter n she loved it!
Sent to my 92 y/o mom during covid for her birthday. She was thrilled and the next day was delighted with how the flowers were blooming. I haven't seen it yet but she took pictures to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was!

The floral arrangement looked sad. Not a Happy Birthday one, only cheerful attachment was the Mylar Happy Birthday ballon. I was disappointed. These flowers looked like the ones no wanted. The picked over flowers. I purchased before from your site for a funeral and those flowers were much better!
This is the second time I used this site. I was very happy with the flowers the first time, which is why I used it again. There are 3 levels to select from, and I selected the second. When the recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, I was very disappointed in the flowers. It did not look anything like the picture. I understand you can not always get the exact same thing as the picture, but the quantity of flowers was so small I couldn't even imagine what they would have received if I purchased the lower level. It was very disappointing.
