Ordered flowers for Mother's Day based on special ad. Received not what was advertised but a bouquet that looked old and not even resembling fresh as in ad. Appears like classic Bait and Switch in this business. Called company and emailed to report product. Received a coupon for a new order but refused to refund this costly unflattering bouquet. Absolutely warn others to be aware and look at reviews for this company referred to As Flowers From You!
The delivery was delayed and then they were unable to get the flowers to the person on the first attempt. They did not call the person to let them know they had a flower delivery.
The flowers are beautiful. My grandmother called and she loves them so much!
Some of the roses were broke and all of the roses were limping over not happy
The only problem i had was i was told they would be delivered on Sunday and they where not til Monday

I enjoyed the same day delivery, didn't like that there was no specified time for drop off. Wanted it to be a surprise but it was delivered later in the day when the person had to go to work. Loved the bouquet of flowers. Very beautiful selection and the Mason jar gave it the perfect touch!

Order arrived a day late
This company is a JOKE! I placed an online order on 5/2/2020 for delivery on 5/5/20. Then paid an "Expedited" fee to have the flowers delivered before noon. NO FLOWERS. This is for my 13th Wedding Anniversary. Tried to chat with customer service, agent log's in and says "How can I help you" after putting a very clear description of the issue. After typing it again, no response from the agent after 10 minutes. I will NEVER do business with this garbage company again. I had to show a picture of the $165 flower arrangement I ordered to the wife that never showed up, so she knows I didn't forget. Not only do I not have flowers on my Anniversary, I must file a dispute with my CC company! Absolutely inexcusable, hope they go bankrupt!

I hit the jackpot with this florist. I wanted to find one close to where the flowers were to be sent. They arrived quickly on a same day order and they were beautiful. My granddaughter loved the flower cake.
