This is my 3rd order with your website. On my second order my wife never received her flowers and the custom vase was returned to the sender. From you flowers only gave me a 20 dollar gift certificate for my trouble. I thought twice about ordering from you guys ever again.

I ordered and paid for a specific type bouquet, and quickly after ordering the flower bouquet I received an email that same day from "fromyouflowers" stating slightly that "Unfortunately, our florists in the area of the recipient did not have the item that you requested and due to time constraints, we had to substitute your requested product with an Amber Container with a metal maple leaf trim in order to complete the delivery in a timely manner." The bouquet that I ordered was exactly an amber container with a metal maple leaf on it, so I wasn't sure what else they could have meant. In addition, the order was placed for a delivery one week later, so I was wondering why I got that so quickly when they still had 7 days till the delivery, thinking that is ample time. In any case, I just received a call and photo from the recipient of the flowers, and flowers and vase look nothing like the photo. The flowers in the picture do not have the same type of flowers, wrong colors and the vase is a see-thru vase with a brown tint, and with no metal leaf trim or anything. Although the recipient is happy to receive flowers, I am very disappointed that I didn't receive more information regarding the order. It's not like only the vase was different, but also the flower arrangement and colors are so different. If the flowers were not available, I should have been notified. This is not what I wanted to send, as it is a reflection on me as well. I absolutely should have been given more information and an opportunity to change the order/arrangement. I would like some sort of refund or partial refund. I am not happy with this at all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
