I was very disappointed with my order. I spent close to fifty dollars and the piece was dinky containing two carnations, two alstermeria and three lillies,contained in a small clear vase, which should have been PINK!

I had to call into customer service since they were having trouble finding my nephew's room. The customer service rep was great. He worked with me to make sure my nephew received a wonderful candy basket. In addition, we had to alter the basket since the children's hospital would not allow latex balloons. They went out of their way to add more candy instead of the balloons and also added red and grey bows for Ohio State!
Terrific - as ALWAYS! Prompt, excellent flower arrangements, plants, from local florists who have each been really helpful in calling me for any further instructions/problems in delivery, etc.

I paid for the highest upgraded price, but was dissatisfied. The flowers were old, very basic and looked like something I would pickup at the reduced price section of a supermarket. The bouquet was also very small.

The cactus was definitely not the succulents pictured on the site. It was a cheap Christmas cactus. Sort of disappointing, but I know up to the vendor.
I opted to buy the deluxe arrangement and am very disappointed. It looking NOTHING like the photo.
This is the second time this has happened. Although ordering is easy, the quality is just not there and I doubt I will ever use your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
