The flowers were smaller than I thought for what I was paying, they were not fresh. I paid extra money for them to be here between 8am and 12pm and they got here at 12:45pm. It was way too expensive for what we got and everything! Never going to shop with you guys again.

The one-day service was as advertised. The flower arrangement sent to my niece was not the one I ordered. If I had been informed that the main flowers in the bouquet were not available, I would have chosen a different arrangement. I was not afforded that courtesy. The arrangement received was acceptable but not what I had wanted to send.
The recipient of the flowers was extremely pleased with the spray. It helped brighten her day in her very difficult time.

Easy to navigate. Excellent selection. After seeing a photo of the flowers I ordered, I was a little disappointed. I paid for the premium bouquet and it didn't look that full to me. It certainly didn't look as full as the bouquets in the website photos.

The flowers weren't the right color, I ordered red roses and they were pink. The vase wasn't the red one pictured either. I was very disappointed in how different it was from what I ordered. I understand its per florist but these differences weren't subtle they changed the entire look. I wouldn't have bought these. I am not happy with this at all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
