Quick, easy, I did pay for a banner, which cost an additional 5 dollars and the banner was not there, other than that everything was great
I paid for same day delivery, but they weren't delivered until the following afternoon. I let it slide because the flowers were breathtakingly GORGEOUS!
I was very disappointed in the services. I paid for the flowers to arrive before 12pm and they did not arrive until almost 1pm! I am requesting a refund for the expedited shipping charges since my order did NOT arrive before the stated time! The flowers were beautiful but for the price I payed I expected them to arrive on time! I will be ordering from a local florist next time.
I did not want the magazine at the end of the order so did not check the box only to discover it should be checked if NOT! Otherwise love the ease of the site

When I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 12 pm that is what I expected. Instead my wife's surprise was ruined as I was forced to tell her. This in turn required that she stay later than expected at work on her birthday. Needless to say, I am not pleased with your performance.

This company contracts with local florists who also have bad ratings. The flowers I ordered for my sick sister in the hospital on her birthday were hideous! The flowers I ordered were pictured with Daisies and sun flowers and bright colors. What she got was a crappy purple and pink and some kind of green pod mess. I was embarrassed that I sent something like that to my ill sister. Apparently they do not vet the local florists either. This was From You Flowers remedy. Refund of 20% which I will probably never see and a $20 gift certificate to use with THEM... like that's ever going to happen. What a rip off. Stay Away From Them! If I could they would get minus 5 stars.
