I attempted to get an update on the order and was told by the online system I would hear back in a hour...I never heard back. I wouldn't order anything through the site again because of the lack of response. Flowers were nice though.
So far it's good, the proof is in if it's delivered in time! The delivery was right on time. I probably won't go this route again though because in the end the cost exceeded the value of the product.

Delivery person left flowers at front door,and was not smart enough to ring the doorbell,so they sat ouside in the Florida heat for quite awhile.

I paid for my order to be delivered before 12 pm, it arrived at 2 pm.
The flowers, and the bulk arrangement was nearly wilted when it arrived.
The writing on the card was barely legible.
The price for the flowers was so good that I opted to get a deluxe selection. But with everything said and done the final price jumped to 50 some dollars. After the time spent in ordering, I didn't want to start all over again.
I didn't get to see the flowers but the receipient was pleased. She prefers Freeman Florist of Albuquerque.
I paid and extra 4.99 for it to be delivered before 12:00 and it was not delivered until 2:30. I work with the recipient and it looks nothing like the pictures! I will never order from you again! Completely unhappy!

The flowers arrived at 6:30. The recipient sent a photo of the bouquet and it was pretty similar to the order photo but the roses were red and I thought the bouquet would have been bigger. Overall satisfied!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
