The flowers arrived at 6:30. The recipient sent a photo of the bouquet and it was pretty similar to the order photo but the roses were red and I thought the bouquet would have been bigger. Overall satisfied!

I was completely embarrassed because the flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I had chosen. They were missing half of the flowers that were listed under the description on the website. Customer service only offered a discount on future orders. There will be no future orders from me and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the poor service I received.

Easy shopping experience! The flowers looked exactly as what was pictured and were delivered within 24hours! Can't beat that! Actually they looked better than the picture!

5 star rating assuming flowers and arrangement are somewhat similar to picture. I gave a 5 star rating, however, I am not the recipient. I will see the arrangement and base whether or not I will be a repeat customer. I saw the tracking, and was a bit concerned that the arrangement was in transit for a day or so? Not sure why. Perhaps the order was in transit? This is my first experience with fromyouflowers.com.

No mention of refunding the premium charge for same day delivery.

I love the selection and the same-day delivery option. I was a little disappointed that I paid extra for morning delivery when they arrived around noon. The flowers were beautiful, but not quite as premium as in the premium pictures. In the past, the deliveries and arrangements have always exceeded my expectations. This time, however, I wasn't blown away. Still pretty, but not gorgeous.
