This year I opted for a Florist Designed Birthday Bouquet, and I cant wait to hear about what they choose for my mothers special day and see the photos she sends me of the flowers. Thank You Everyone at From You Flowers during these crazy times we live in for bringing my Mother some joy and happiness on her Birthday when we are not allowed to see her in person.
The flowers are very pretty, HOWEVER, they look like a bouquet I could have bought at the grocery store for about $15.00. They don't look anything like the photo on the website.

Did not appreciate the surprise $14+ fee slapped on the end of my order. Transaction left me feeling humiliated. Honest buinsess should be conducted more transparently. Know to avoid this site for next time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
