Your discount codes and "credits" you say I have earned are never applied and are a joke. Even if I make 3 separate orders and have "earned" over 50 dollars, you only apply one. You dont combine my "earnings" which shows it is not mine as a reward, but a trick to get more orders. You also dont combine my "earned credits" with any other deal you say you have, free delivery or 20% off for example. Then to top it all off you dont allow any other deals or "credits" to be combined with rackuten. So basically there is no "deals" or "earned credits," just a marketing ploy. Severely dishonest and shady. Your delivery fees are ridiculous too. Flower delivery companies are notoriously dishonest and its incredibly sad.
Flowers looked great and had a wonderful smell
The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered. They are pretty, but not the same.
Easy and straightforward ordering. Bouquet was not nearly as full as the one shown in the picture, even though I ordered the one that said "similar to picture"; still a nice bouquet but not as nice as I was expecting.

We as the grandparents watched her open the gift via Facetime and was just a bit disappointed with the presentation as it was in a box. I thought it would look like the picture with the teddy bear showing and wrapped as an arrangement.

It was fast and efficient with prices comparable to other sites with nice discounts offered. The product I ordered is not what was delivered. I ordered a bouquet of all gerbera daisies and it was a mixed bouquet. I think there was a disclaimer but I did not expect it to be so much different. But, it was pretty and on time.
The bouquet was not as full as the picture online but it was very beautiful. I know the florists have to work with what they have.
My daughter-in-law received her flowers earlier in the day than I thought she would!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
