Easy and quick- I was over all satisfied however wanted to make an overall observation of the product received it was ordered as a deluxe version and presented with unopened astrameria and some roses that were in full bloom so you'd really wouldn't get the full effect of the arrangement that was ordered via the image. Just an observation. No other concerns how ever. Thank you.

These flowers are for my mothers 60th birthday, and the flowers in the picture versus what was delivered were VERY different in terms of height and fullness. I ordered the "medium" fullness, and when my mother sent me a picture of her flowers i was upset that they looked more like the "small" version... especially when i paid $70 for this arrangement! Last year when i used your services, it looked like the photo. This year, i'm very disappointed in what was delivered.
