Easy to understand website. Great selection and prices. I needed to adjust the delivery date of my order and the lady who answered the phone in Customer care was exceptionally nice and took care of changing the date for me. Thank you for great service.
I guess it was good overall
Flowers were delivered same day, as promised. Pretty flowers, I'm anxious to see them as they continue to bloom. Price is steep, but better than most same-day delivery companies. In general, I'm very happy with the products and service.
I wish there was a way to know approx time of delivery and verification of delivery. We send these from our company to new moms...it is hard to know when they are received.
I was pleased that they were able to make a same day delivery. This site was also the only one that I found that had a bouquet of sunflowers. They looked pretty in the picture but have not heard from the person who received them.
