Great on delivery time - just a little overpriced cause I didn't know about the $14 handling fee till the end.
Flowers were delivered very timely, thank you. Arrangement was nice. The only concern I had was with the card attached. The script I asked to placed on a congratulations card was written on the outside of the card envelope instead of an enclosed card inside the envelope.

I ordered on a Friday night for delivery on Saturday. FromYouFlowers called me Saturday late afternoon to say the florist they had routed the order to informed them (late in the day) that they were too busy to fill the order and it would not be going out til Monday.
Customer service apologized to me and offered me a 10% discount on my order (I already had free delivery and a 20% discount) a $10 gift certificate, and a fuller arrangement in my Monday delivery.
I was impressed that they called me to let me know of the problem (not just send an email) and the offers made.
I would use your company in the future if/when I decide to place a flower order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
