Easy and fair, flowers were delivered a bit late but, were true to the description. However a lot of the flowers used were already dead and looked bad
It would be nice to have description on food items, not just a picture.
The addressee was absent for a few days, it was a miracle that package was sitting at the door waiting for him. It would be great if the delivery person called ahead about availability, since phone was provided. Because of this, I rated 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother which was described as having pale pink and purple flowers. My mom received a bouquet of orange and green flowers with a big orange bow. I was disappointed because she doesn't care for orange and by sending that color it seems like I don't recognize and value her preferences. The flowers did arrive on time and they are fresh looking, just completely not what I ordered. I will not order from them again and take the chance of another misstep.

The arrangement looked very nice. The example showed white alstromeria with pink roses; the arrangement was all pink, a bit too much pink for me, but it worked.
My wife loved the flowers! After i ordered them they only took about an hour to get to her work. They actually looked better than the picture.
