Would order again. Everything was perfect.
Flowers were delivered to the recipients as promised.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Dec. 5th for a birthday, received conflicting emails (delivered and unable to fulfill order) late in the day, and the flowers were eventually delivered 2 days later. If I had just received a phone call stating inability to fulfill the order, I could have canceled the order and made alternative arrangements. Not pleased.
Product not yet delivered as date is future so delivery time question not answered accurately. I do appreciate you explaining the standard handling fee and can understand it is needed in a nationwide program. But when you have a set amount to spend you need to know it up front so you can stay within your budget.
Your order processing was confusing. I got to the payment page (PayPal) after entering the delivery zip code and date but before I was asked to enter the delivery address. I called customer service and had to wait several minutes for a representative before I was advised that the delivery info would be requested later in the checkout process. Ann was very considerate and walked me through the completion of my order.
$15 handling and shipping is too expensive!

Easy to order, and the website was nice to go through. Flowers were as pictured, except that they did not include the banners that were personalized for the memorial service. That was disappointing. But the flowers were beautiful.
The order was to be delivered on 12/7/15,. Your company sent an email saying they would delivery on 12/7, I said fine. Then the flowers were delivered really late on Monday. Now that she has received the flowers I would like for her to keep them. I'm very disappointed with the service for they should had been delivered in the morning since they were not delivered on the same day. This being said I should be compensated with a full refunded for the inconvenience that was experienced.
I loved how easy it was to navigate your site to pick up a gift for my loved one. And that you offered same day delivery was just awesome for what I was looking for! So kudos for that:)
Edit: The product could not be delivered the same day but the prompt response from YouFlowers was amazing, and they offered to deliver it the next day with a complimentary upgrade because of this setback. And then they followed up to check if it was received.
I am really satisfied with my purchase and with the company. I will definitely purchase again and recommend you! :)
Dislike such an expensive delivery fee
I was unpleasantly surprised at the $15 handling and delivery cost, which wasn't mentioned up front. Otherwise, everything was great and the recipient was delighted.
My sister loved the flowers. The plant was large and filled with flowers. She said it brought the warmth of Christmas into her home. Thank you to the florist and delivery guy they did an excellent job.

I order a christmas tree flower arrangement, but a regular flower arrangement was sent. My in laws liked it, but I only order it because it was supposed to be a look like a christmas tree. Very bummed I didn't get what I order and paid for. I did see a picture of what was sent and it look pretty. Just nothing special.

When using paypal you should not have to indicate a shipping address and then be redirected back to the order site and input the shipping address again, and then, have to add billing address.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
