Sometimes your website inserts another NEW page of yours, like I have to start the order over again, or I have ordered twice. I have gotten use to this characteristic, but it is annoying and sometimes frightening (do I start over...is the original order floating around and eventually am I going to be billed twice)

Product arrived a day and hours late beyond same day delivery. Tracking was no good as it showed en route even after product was delivered. Automated service provided no assistance other than advising order was received. You were disconnected afterwards. A company rep. Responded (but only after sending an email) but couldn't advise the reason for delay other than the delivering service had closed for the day. Nevertheless, a good incentive was given for such poor service.

Be consistent in your pricing, and offer a true discount for loyalty and repeat business instead of marking up the price and then discounting it. Also, 7:15 pm is not an acceptable delivery time for flowers meant for that special someone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
