Flowers looked great, the hidden handling fees should be included in the initial/advertised prices though. It seems like that totally negated the discount. Probably won't order from here again because of it.
Everything was okay until I researched codes. When I got a discount code the price of the flowers went up. Then when I applied for 20% off and gave my email the price went up. Then when I actually placed the order for $19.99 flowers I was charged 14.99 for handling which wasn't mentioned until checkout. That's fine but it would have been nice to know in advance and the price changing wasn't very nice.
Easy process of picking and checking out the perfect flowers. Received order in timely manner. Beautiful flowers but not what I ordered. Had some of the same color scheme but was missing the yellow, the reason I chose those over another. Its okay though, recipient still really enjoyed them

Good this time but we had trouble the last time. Wrong bouquet wrong date. Giving you another chance. I sent these flowers to my sister-in-law for her birthday. I would have liked to receive a photo from the florist, as I purchased the "seasonal bouquet" and have no idea how it looked. But I do know she got them on time.

After checking with my cousin, the recipient, I am very happy with the order. I think the price charged was different from what I initially looked at, but this part of the checking out procedure happens very quickly. I would have liked to know what the additional weekend shipping charge would be before getting to the checkout.

Sometimes your website inserts another NEW page of yours, like I have to start the order over again, or I have ordered twice. I have gotten use to this characteristic, but it is annoying and sometimes frightening (do I start over...is the original order floating around and eventually am I going to be billed twice)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
