Everything was satisfactory except delivery. We paid additional for delivery between 8 - 12 and after a couple of telephone calls delivery was made about 12:30 but the party was over.

I have used fromyouflowers.com twice and was very satisfied both times. The first time I used this company, I had an issue and spoke with Customer Service. My issue was taken care of beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to order flowers for delivery.

Ordering from here is always great; however if you decide to send your product to a business or school, there is a chance the person delivering will not look at your instructions and do what they are supposed to do which is making sure that the person who is supposed to receive your order actually received it. They might just leave it with a receptionist and go away without guaranteeing that the order was received.

I was disappointed that it was almost 5:00 pm before the flowers were delivered to my co-worker.

I just think you should show the shipping and handling sooner

I ordered flowers from fromyouflowers.com for my wife on her birthday. The gift of roses was well received and delivered on time. They arrived in a box with a vase and care instructions.

Found what I wanted that was not just an ordinary bouquet. It was well received by my young granddaughter so I was also pleased. Thanks.

There were no blue flowers in the bouquet. The yellow roses and white lilies were lovely, however there were only purple flowers and no blue. And they were not the flowers described either. I am sorry to say that I can only describe the 5 or 6 long narrow purple spikes (not sure what kind of flowers) sticking out as 'ugly'.
