I was very disappointed in the fact that I originally ordered and paid for same day delivery. Not only were the flowers not delivered the same day on 12/08 but I never received confirmation from the florist that they wouldn't be delivered on time nor from your customer service division when I requested a status update online. I had to call back the next morning and was about to cancel my order when the phone rep offered to upgrade my order and called the florist herself. The rep told me that the florist said "They are a business too". What does this mean? If your website advertises same day delivery and there's an extra cost associated that is paid then the company's credibility depends on the product being delivered when stated. I was expecting the flowers to arrive by 4pm on 12/08 but was finally told they would be delivered by 3pm on 12/09.
Thank you for upgrading my order for the inconvenience. That's very admirable. However, as I'm sure you know, first impressions are everything. That being said, because the delivery was essentially 24 hrs late, I received no preemptive notification, I had to follow-up personally twice, and the florist's less-than-professional response, I will not be using your service again nor recommending your business.

Your representative called me close to 6:00pm stating the order could no be fulfilled that day. They would "waive the same-day charge" and "upgrade to next level" the arrangement. I received a photo of the flowers from the recipient at 5:30 pm the next day. They didn't look upgraded. 5 roses and 3 lilies.

I got a picture from my friend of the flowers that were delivered to her. I was a little disappointed in the final product. The website made it seem like there would be a ton of flowers and the flowers she received had a ton of greens and just a few flowers. I don't remember reading that there were only a few flowers in the bouquet. The delivery time was perfect, so thanks for that!

I am completely mad and un happy with my experience and it took me 3 tries to land any body with respect and brains on the custome service line. I will never use you guys again and even after you messed up my order, no one offered I make it better.

There is the bait price with photo... no mention of the add ons to complete the order and the flowers received didn't look like the picture at all. The only saving grace was that my wife liked them anyway.
So far so good, larger selection than 1800flowers. We'll see how they look.

The box of candy was very small
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
