The flowers delivered were not what I ordered according to the picture and description. After calling customer care the situation was handled propmptly and satisfactorly. Overall it turned out ok and my wife loved her flowers.
Had 2 orders 1 for today before 3 and one tomorrow paid the extra and on top of that I've bought from you before and had the same thing happen then with late delivery you guys show great product but it just never pans out

I have used Fromyouflowers.com many times. This order had some issues with delivery time and correct product being delivered. That said out of ten times this is the first time that they butchered it. Customer Service was helpful and prompt in resolving the issues. I'd use them again but this order was not a highlight for them.

I kept calling over and over to get delivery information, with no answers. 3 days chasing after their advertised same/next day delivery. Customer service providers were polite, but it unable to contact florists directly for answers. Look elsewhere unless you can wait for that non-spontaneous, non-memorable occasion with similar delivery service.

It was to be delivered in the morning and it didn't get there till the afternoon after the person the flowers were sent to had already left. Because of the delivery dissatisfaction I won't order again.

I found some things about your website difficult to figure out and I was surprised by the delivery/handling charge that showed up at the very end.
Although my daughter was very happy to receive the flowers today, I was disappointed that they were not delivered yesterday as ordered. Yesterday was her birthday. I do appreciate getting the credit for not being delivered the same day as requested. In the future I will probably not use any online florist service.
The balloons that I received were a different color and of different arrangement than the ones that were shown in the picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
