Making it look like a deal and then adding 15 for handling fee is miss leading. You should be up front about the fees shop we aren't shocked when we're see a 30 dollar difference. No good business. I won't be shopping here again

I do not appreciate the hidden fees only shown at the end of ordering. And your service fee is extortionate especially when you offer a 'credit' for a repeat order of placed with in 48 hours - a mostly pointless offer.
The only reason I would order again would be out of necessity due to the COVID19 situation, ordinarily I would have passed your website on for a more transparent company (of which I know of and have used three in the past)
The flowers did arrive on the correct day, the bouquet was beautiful, though all the flowers were in full bloom so I question the longevity of them.
Also further more I have receive an excessive amount of emails from the company I did NOT sign up for.

My flowers were delivered at 6:47pm. I was in communication with FromYouFlowers several time during the afternoon trying to track when they would be delivered. I was told delivery was between 8am and 6pm. No where on the check out site did it say that flowers could be delivered as late as 6pm. I would have paid the extra $4.99 to have a guaranteed delivery that was offered. My sister had to go to work and now they will sit outside until tomorrow morning, not to mention she will not get them on her birthday now.
I am very disappointed. I will not be purchasing or recommending using FromYouFlowers in the future to anyone.

I ordered 2 DZ rainbow roses in a vase for my sister's birthday, I have always been charged with price inflation on flowers in the past from other florists because my sisters birthday is so close to Mothers Day, But fromyouflowers.com were more than reasonable and I will defiantly use them again!

Please make sure your product have the best date by in the proper time frame. I have had 2 candy/snack baskets delivered and they were fine but some of the products were beyond the best date by. When I called the local number where they came from I was told that is what they were supplied with where they got the product and to be reminded that many people are not buying candy/snack baskets at this time due to the coronavirus.
I have tried again to order and the fruit and chocolate baskets were perfect.
This is my second order with you my first order Flowers arrived beautifully my mother in law loved them.will continue to order from here

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
